Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your delivery time a restocking and service fee will apply. Final Payments for rentals are due prior to delivery. Initial payments are a retainer fee to reserve your date and our services. Initial payments are non-refundable as we have had to block your rental date and time for other customers.
